FAQs
Please note that the time on your ticket is the time your experience starts and is not
the time the train departs, however strict cut-off times will be in place. To allow time
to park, to check-in and receive tickets, use the facilities (toilets/café/shop) etc, we
would suggest for you to arrive 30 mins prior to your booked start time.
Pyjamas of course! We encourage our guests, young and young at heart, to wear pyjamas
just as the characters did in the film! However, for the safety of our guests we ask
that they wear sturdy, closed toed shoes and not slippers and to dress appropriately for
the weather conditions. Please note the carriages are not heated.
Unfortunately timings are extremely strict to ensure the smooth running of the
experience. Please adhere to the recommended arrival times as refunds will not be given
for late arrivals and due to the popular nature of the event, spaces may not be
available on later/alternative trains. Even if the train has not yet departed, there are
strict cut-offs for boarding.

Unfortunately, due to the limited space on our heritage carriages, neither pushchairs or
the car seat sections are allowed on board. We do not encourage you to use pushchairs or
car seats to transfer children/infants from the car park to the station, but if this is
necessary then visitors can leave them in the designated area at your own risk until the
train returns.
